Cancellation Policies
Space Rental or Reservation Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your event, please review the below information for timeframes and refunds.
When canceling a space rental, you will be eligible for a full refund of your space rental fee and decor deposit if canceled within 48 hours of your signed usage agreement. After 48 hours and prior to 2 weeks of the signed usage agreement, you are eligible for a full refund of your space rental fee and decor deposit minus a $100 fee. After 2 weeks of that signed usage agreement, you are not eligible for any refund of your space rental fee and decor deposit.
If you are booking an event, and the event takes place within 2 weeks, you will only be eligible for a 25% refund of your space rental fee and decor deposit if canceled within 8 hours of your signed usage agreement. After 8 hours, you are not eligible for any refunds.
For food and beverages, you will be eligible for the following refunds:
If the event, regardless of space rental or reservation, is canceled 3 weeks prior to the event, you will be eligible for a full refund of food, wine, and bar tender minus a 10% fee. If canceled 2 weeks prior to the event, you will be eligible for a full refund of food, wine, and bar tender minus a 35% fee. If canceled 1 week prior to the event, you will be eligible for a full refund of food, wine, and bar tender minus a 75% fee.
Any cancellations within 7 days of the event, you will forfeit the full amount for space rental/reservation, decor, food, wine, and bar tender fees.
If there are any items such as decor that are not eligible for returns, you will be subject to those fees as well.
